The Claims Journey Experience

Have a look at what some of our customers said following their claims journey experience

“After losing my watch and contacting my insurance company I had a quick reply, practical forms to fill in and a few phone calls. This led to my watch being replaced with a very similar one for just the excess payment. I am very grateful, thank you”

“I'd just like to say a massive thank you. I've been lost without my ring and been really sad that it couldn't be found. From start to finish it was sorted in a month. I love my ring and feel happy again and looking forward to getting on with the wedding plans. Amazing communication from you, I can't thank you all enough I really can't”

“The watch is exactly the same model and has that familiar feel on my wrist, thank you. I wanted to express my sincere thanks to the Hallmark specialist team. It is most reassuring to know that if things do happen then we're with the best specialist team”

How The Service Works

Step 1 Claim Journey & Welcome to Hallmark website

Having been guided through your claim journey by one of our friendly, jewellery and watch claim experts, your claim completes once a settlement option and value is agreed. The most popular settlement option is the Hallmark Claims Settlement e-Card which is an electronic digital based voucher that can be used both online or in any one of our nationwide retail showrooms (Goldsmiths, Mappin & Webb and Watches of Switzerland). Once agreed, your e-Card is securely, electronically sent to you ready to be activated and can be used to purchase from our extensive range of both classical and contemporary products, within the category stated on your e-Card.

Step 2 E-Card Activation

Having now received your Hallmark Claims Service settlement e-Card you are now ready to start browsing our extensive product ranges, the next step is to activate your e-Card. You can do this by calling 0116 282 1948 Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm alternatively outside of these hours you can visit your nearest showroom and once all the relevant security checks have been completed, your card will be activated and ready to use. It’s worth noting that any excess applied to your settlement will also be collected at this point.

Step 3 Discover our extensive, unrivalled product range tailored to your settlement

Now your e-Card has been activated and any applicable excess paid, you are ready to log in and set up your very own Hallmark Claims Service account using your claim and e-Card information. Once all security checks are complete (which are done at the same time as setting up your account) you will then be taken into your individually tailored on line product website. Your account is linked to your claim settlement ensuring a truly personalised online experience where you can both browse and purchase items from our extensive product range, within the category stated on your e-Card.
